The Vehicle Policy outlines the conditions for employees using company-provided vehicles at My HR Partner.
Use & Ownership – Vehicles remain company property and are primarily for work-related purposes, with limited personal use permitted.
Expenses – The company covers registration, insurance, maintenance, and fuel (via a fuel card), but excessive fuel use may require reimbursement.
Employee Responsibilities – Employees must maintain the vehicle, follow road laws, secure the vehicle, pay parking and speeding fines and report any damage or issues.
Safety – Employees must not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that affects driving ability.
Licence Requirements – Employees must hold a valid driver’s licence and report any suspensions immediately.
Vehicle Return – The vehicle must be returned upon termination or as directed by My HR Partner.
Breaches – Policy violations may lead to disciplinary action, including termination.
This policy ensures responsible use of company vehicles while maintaining safety and compliance.
