This Apprentice/Trainee Employment Contract outlines the terms and conditions for employment under a formal training agreement. Key details include:
Employment Type: Full-time apprenticeship or traineeship.
Probationary Period: 3 or 6 months, with continued employment subject to satisfactory performance.
Training Contract: Employment contract refers to the obligations in relation to the Training Contract agreed upon by the employee, employer, and training authority.
Wages: Paid at an agreed rate on a weekly/fortnightly basis.
Superannuation: Contributions made as required by law.
Working Hours: Includes on-the-job training and attendance at a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for theoretical learning. Additional reasonable hours may be required.
