Employment Contract (Standard) – Permanent Employee
If you need something shorter than the comprehensive employment contract for your full time employees, you can use the ‘standard’ contract of employment which is shorter.
This contract will not give the same cover as the comprehensive contract.
This contract covers:
The employee’s position
Commencement
reporting obligations
Date of employment
Nature and status of the employee’s employment
Location of position
remuneration
Hours of work
Basic confidentiality obligations.
This contract is not intended to override award/agreement obligations.
